Living with ADHD has always felt like running a race where the track keeps changing.

I spent years building routines, trying productivity hacks, and following other people’s systems - but no matter how hard I tried, they always fell apart. For a long time, I blamed myself. I thought I just wasn’t disciplined enough. But the truth is, my attention, focus, and energy were never the same day to day - and fighting against myself was exhausting.

Then I discovered menstrual cycle tracking. I’d heard of it before, but when I learned how deeply it impacts mood, focus, energy, and motivation, everything clicked. Suddenly, the “random” highs and lows made sense.

But one big question remained: Was what I was feeling ADHD? Hormones? Medication changes? It felt like three invisible threads tangled together - and I couldn’t find a single tool to track them side by side.

So, I created one.

Flow & Focus was born from lived experience - designed to track ADHD symptoms, menstrual cycles, and medication effectiveness all in one place. No juggling multiple apps. No confusion. Just a clear picture of how your brain and body work together.

Because ADHD isn’t about being broken or lazy. And cycles aren’t unpredictable or inconvenient. Together, they tell a story - one that’s been overlooked for too long.
